How ZKE Capital Management works
ZKE Capital Management is a structured capital-management offering operated by Azekiel Shockley. Applicants select the allocation level they are interested in committing.
Each active management relationship is structured around a standard 30-day cycle. At the completion of a cycle, realized net profit — if any — is calculated and divided according to a 50/50 profit-sharing structure. Access is application only. No payment, deposit, contract, or capital transfer takes place when applying.

Any realized net profit generated during an applicable management cycle is divided equally: 50% to the client, 50% to ZKE.
If there is no realized net profit, there is no profit to divide. A larger allocation does not guarantee a higher percentage return. However, at the same percentage performance, a larger allocation produces a larger dollar result.
